Collect 30 unique items in your inventory. Every weapon, accessory, spell, and key item counts. Duplicates do not count. Approach the hidden bookshelf in the Observatory Peak main chamber. The bookshelf is on the second floor, behind a pillar. Interact with it to open the door.

Phase Breakdown
