General Combat Strategies
- Know Your Enemy: Observe attack patterns before engaging. Most enemies have a tell before their big attack.
- Use the Environment: Choke points, water (slows enemies), and elevation all matter.
- Elemental Matching: Using an enemy's weakness element deals 50% more damage.
- Stamina Management: Never exhaust your stamina bar. Always keep enough to dodge.
- Backstabs: Crouch and approach from behind for a critical hit. Works on most humanoid enemies.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the hardest enemy in Lunacid?
The Collector is the hardest, but among regular enemies, the Void Wraiths are the most frustrating due to their phasing ability.
Do enemies respawn?
Most enemies respawn when you rest at a safe room or leave and re-enter the area. Bosses and mini-bosses do not respawn.
What is the best weapon type against most enemies?
A balanced loadout of a fast melee weapon (dagger) and a ranged option (crossbow or magic) covers most situations.
