1. The Secret Boss — The Moon Wraith

Location: Second dungeon, behind a false wall

In the second dungeon, there's a wall that looks solid but is actually a false wall. Walk through it to find a hidden arena. In the center of the arena is a glowing moon crystal. Interact with it to summon The Moon Wraith — a secret boss that's harder than any of the main game bosses.

The Moon Wraith has 3 phases and hits like a truck. It's optional, but defeating it rewards you with the "Moon Shard" item, which gives you a permanent mana regeneration boost. The boss is weak to fire damage — use fire spells for double damage.

2. The Developer's Room

Location: First dungeon, hidden passage

In the first dungeon, there's a hidden passage behind a bookshelf. The passage leads to a small room with a desk and a note. The note reads: "This is where the magic happens. — The Dev Team." There's also a chest with a unique item: the "Developer's Quill," a weapon that deals bonus damage to undead enemies.

3. The King's Field Reference

Location: Third dungeon, near the boss arena

Lunacid is heavily inspired by the King's Field series, and there's a direct reference in the third dungeon. Near the boss arena, there's a skeleton sitting on a throne. The skeleton is wearing a crown and holding a scepter — a direct reference to the King's Field games.

If you interact with the skeleton, your character says: "Even in death, the king rules." The skeleton doesn't attack — it's just a tribute to the series that inspired Lunacid's design.

4. The Hidden Song

Location: First dungeon, music room

In the first dungeon, there's a room with a set of musical instruments. If you interact with them in the right order — harp, drum, flute — they play a hidden melody. The melody is the main theme of the game, but played in a different arrangement.

After you play the melody, a hidden door opens in the back of the room. Inside is a chest containing the "Melody of the Moon" item, which unlocks a new ability: your attacks now have a chance to play a musical note on hit. It's purely cosmetic, but it's a fun reward for exploration.

5. The Kickstarter Backers' Wall

Location: Second dungeon, behind a locked door

In the second dungeon, there's a locked door that requires a special key. The key is hidden in a chest in the first dungeon. Inside the room, there's a wall covered in names — the names of the game's Kickstarter backers. There's also a chest with a unique item: the "Backer's Ring," which gives you a 10% boost to all stats.

6. The "You Died" Message

Location: First dungeon, near the starting area

Near the starting area of the first dungeon, there's a wall with a message carved into it: "You Died." This is a reference to the Dark Souls series. The message is written in blood, and there's a skeleton lying beneath it holding a broken sword.

7. The Secret Ending

Location: Final area, requires all 5 hidden collectibles

If you collect all 5 hidden collectibles across all dungeons, you unlock a secret ending. The collectibles are: the Moon Shard (secret boss), the Developer's Quill (hidden room), the Melody of the Moon (music room), the Backer's Ring (Kickstarter Wall), and the Ancient Tome (third dungeon).

The secret ending reveals the true nature of the moon. Without spoiling too much, it shows that the moon is not a celestial body — it's a living entity that has been watching the protagonist's journey.

🏆 Final Pro Tip: The secret boss (The Moon Wraith) is the hardest fight in the game. Come prepared with max upgrades and all abilities. The boss is weak to fire damage, so equip fire spells before the fight.
